A passion for making entrepreneurship and financial literacy accessible.
A mission to empower the next generation of changemakers.
Who we are:
Ischara is a social initiative and a university-based project focused on empowering individuals with the practical skills, tools, and mindsets essential for business success.
What’s in a name? Our name is inspired by a Hindi word which means “to give someone a sign” or “to show them the way.” We’ve adopted a German-influenced spelling with ‘sch’ instead of ‘sh’ as a tribute to our founder’s journey across India and Germany.
What we do:
Our team of seasoned professionals is passionate about guiding you through your entrepreneurial journey — helping you approach your work with purpose, insight, and strategic direction.
We guide individuals through immersive online programs, webinars, and mentorship sessions focused on building businesses, refining pitch strategies, and navigating early-stage funding.
Why us:
In addition to our educational content and forum, our global network offers you insights in international market expansion, international marketing and collaboration across continents.
Our founders and subject matter experts have experience mentoring students in India, Germany, and the United States of America. They have previously mentored for renowned institutions such as IIT Bombay, BITS Pilani, Startbahn27, and more.
“Great businesses have the potential of creating great impacts, for people, for the planet, and for the economy. They can be your path towards making a difference.”

What our community has to say:
I participated in Auburn University’s hallow competition (U.S.A) and I needed help with my idea and pitch. The session was very helpful, and the mentor was kind and supportive. It felt like a safe space especially since I was pitching on stage for the first time.
~ Natalie, Malaysia 🇲🇾
I had a wonderful experience with the mentorship. The guidance, insights, and practical advice really helped me understand the startup world better and gave me confidence to take actionable steps in my projects.
~ Keshav, India 🇮🇳
The international network and experience provided valuable insights and perspectives. The mentor identified the underlying challenges, and the interpersonal competencies allowed them to provide personal improvement possibilities.
